How do you pronounce "Atelaire"?

a-tel-AIR — like atelier, with an "air." Stress on the last syllable.

What devices does Atelaire support?

iPad, iPhone, and Mac. Apple Pencil is supported on iPad and recommended there, but optional — finger and trackpad drawing work too.

Does it work on iPhone and Mac?

Yes — Atelaire is coming to iPhone and Mac alongside iPad.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Atelaire → Cancel (on a Mac, use the App Store → your account). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open Atelaire → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your exhibited artworks, gallery scenes, and account data. The action can't be undone.

Can I save or share my artwork?

Once a piece is hanging in the Gallery, yes. Open My Studio, tap the piece, and you can save it to your photo library at full resolution (4096 × 4096, on every plan) or share a time-lapse of how it was made.

Saved images carry the artist's signature credit. With Atelaire+ you can save without it — or leave it on, as you prefer. Time-lapse videos always carry the credit.

A piece you haven't hung yet stays on your device. Hanging it is what puts it in front of a curator, and only a cleared piece can leave the app — until then, enjoy it in the slideshow inside Atelaire.

I reported a piece in the Gallery — what happens next?

Reported artwork is hidden from the Gallery right away, and stays hidden until a curator has cleared it. If the report is upheld, the piece stays down — you can check any piece's status in My Studio. Reports are anonymous to the creator.

My generation got blocked. Why?

Atelaire blocks prompts that risk generating trademarked characters, real persons, or content inappropriate for our 13+ audience. See the Community Guidelines for details. You can rephrase and try again — no AI credit is used on blocked prompts.

How do AI generations work?

Atelaire sends your phrase through a moderation check, then to fal.ai's image-generation models. You get a few line underdrawings in parallel; pick one to color and draw on.
